Mr. Patnaik, IAS (Rtd.) has served in senior positions both with the Government of Punjab and Government of India. He has been the President of the All India Food Processors’ Association, a member of the National Council of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and a member of the Task Force on Agriculture of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

He is on the Board of Trustees of the Prince of Wales’ Bhumi Vardaan Foundation which promotes sustainable agriculture in Punjab, and is also a member of the Chief Minister’s Advisory Committee on Agriculture for the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

An accomplished banker, Mr. Patel had a long stint with the banking regulator, Reserve Bank of India. He has worked with both Public sector banks and Multinational Bank. Prior to joining Reliance Capital, he was the MD & CEO of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). He spearheaded the Corporatization and Demutualization of BSE making it the first Indian Exchange to do so with the participation of international entities as strategic partners.

He has been a member of the Working committee of the World Federation of the Exchanges (WFE) and Chairman of South Asian Federation of Exchanges (SAFE). He has served on many committees and forums relevant to financial services and securities market.

He is the recipient of awards like “Indira Super Achiever Award” and “Accor HR Excellence-CEO with HR Orientation Award” and is ‘A Distinguished Fellow’ of the Institute of Directors, London.

A former Executive Director, Reserve Bank of India, Dr. Barman served the RBI with distinction and has been associated with the evolution of the electronic payments regime in the country including RTGS, NEFT, NECS, Mobile Payments and ATMs. He is also an advisor with the National Payments Corporation of India.

Dr. Barman is Chairman, Research Advisory Committee Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology, Hyderabad and is also associated with Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research.

Dr. Barman was also the President of The Indian Econometric Society, Parton, Indian Society on Statistics & Computer Applications and Vice Chairman, Irving Fisher Committee on Central Bank Statistics.

Dr. Barman holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Doctorate from IIT Bombay in Industrial Economics.

Dr. Gahlaut is Managing Director of Indian Potash Limited. He has been associated with Indian Fertiliser Industry for more than 35 years. He is a former Chairman of The Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) and is currently Vice President – South Asia, International Fertilizer Industry Association (IFA). He was also Chairperson of several agriculture and environment related projects implemented in India.

Dr. Gahlaut is a Post Graduate in Chemistry and a Doctorate in Business Management.

Mr. Agarwal IAS (Rtd.) has served over 35 years in various capacities with Government of Maharashtra. He held various positions with Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation, Maharashtra State Financial Corporation and also headed the All India Federation of the State Financial Corporations. He was also a Director of SICOM Limited, SIDBI Limited, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Industrial Investment Bank of India, Calcutta and the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Mr. Agarwal is a Graduate in Commerce and Law.

Mr. Agarwal is closely involved in the growth and evolution of India’s financial sector and has handled diverse assignments in the field of Statutory Audits, Investigative Audits, Special purpose Audits, Tax Audits and Bank Audits, as well as statutory matters connected with Income-tax, Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchange, SEBI, RBI, NBFC’ etc.

Mr. Agarwal is a Practicing Chartered Accountant, having more than 20 years of experience.

Mr. Mittal, with over twenty years of experience with the Reserve Bank of India, has an excellent grasp of regulatory, financial services, governance and compliance related matters.

Mr. Mittal holds a Masters degree in Management from University of Illinois, U.S.A. in addition to a Master’s degree in Economics.

Mr. Majumdar, in his capacity as Chief General Manager, is responsible for the agri business initiatives of MMTC. He has twenty years experience of working across various departments of MMTC.

Ms. Pol holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from University of Mumbai.

Mr. Kamara heads the finance function at KRIBHCO in his capacity as Finance Director. Having served the organisation in various capacities, Mr. Kamra is closely associated with management of joint ventures, acquisition of plants, development of logistics and power business.

Mr. Kamara is a Chartered Accountant with over 32 years of experience in financial domain.

Mr. Kakar is the Group Chief Financial Officer at IDFC. In this role, he is responsible for Finance & Accounts, Business Planning and Budgeting, Investor Relations, Resource Raising and IT. Prior to joining IDFC, Mr. Kakar worked with Max New York Life Insurance Company for 10 years and with Bank of America for over 18 years.

Mr. Kakar holds an MBA in Finance from XLRI and a degree in engineering from IIT Kanpur.
