As per the SEBI circular no. CIR/CDMRD/DEICE/CIR/P/2017/77 dated July 11, 2017, there shall be separate panels for arbitration and appellate arbitration. Further, for appellate arbitration, at least one member of the panel shall be
a Retired Judge.
